Welcome to PROPOSIA! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at proposia.ai (the "Site") and the AI-powered research proposal generation services, software, and platform provided by PROPOSIA (the "Service").

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to PROPOSIA, a company registered in Spain.
• "You" or "User" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Service" refers to our AI-powered research proposal generation assistant, platform, software, and website.
• "User Content" means any and all information, data, research documents, and content that a User uploads, submits, or otherwise transmits to or through the Service.
• "Generated Content" means the AI-generated research proposals, drafts, suggestions, and other output produced by the Service based on User Content.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. The Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal research and academic proposal writing purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Your User Content

You retain full ownership of and all intellectual property rights in your User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights in the research documents and data you upload to the Service.

4.2. Generated Content

We hereby assign to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the Generated Content created for you by the Service. You own the AI-generated proposals and suggestions produced from your User Content, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

4.3. Our Service

We and our licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Service itself, including the underlying software, AI models, algorithms, design, and documentation. This does not include your User Content or your Generated Content.

5. Payments and Credit Bundles

5.1. Fees

You agree to pay the applicable fees for pay-as-you-go usage and/or one-time credit bundles you choose to purchase. Prices are displayed at checkout and are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise noted. Taxes (including VAT, where applicable) may be charged in addition to the listed price.

5.2. No Subscriptions or Automatic Renewal

We do not sell recurring subscriptions. Purchases are one-time transactions for usage-based access (e.g., credits or bundles). There is no automatic renewal. Any remaining credits after purchase will remain available subject to any stated expiration at the time of purchase.

• Upload or transmit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of any third party

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Service
• Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Service or extract data
• Provide any personal data of other individuals or any sensitive personal information in your User Content
• Intentionally interfere with or disrupt the Service

You agree that any use of Generated Content is at your sole risk.
